For my Work-in-Progress showing, I aim to investigate how the audience will or will not interact with my installations, as this may affect my project as a whole if they choose to withhold from involvement. The piece I have chosen to experiment with is inspired by Anne Robertson's- Pathless Forest.
This piece inspired me by how fully engaging it is, with the audience being fully immerged in the installation. I will appropriate Robertson's work by creating the forest out of everyday objectsIt would enable me to involve the majority of the senses- with touch from the feel of the 'trees', the smell of being in a forest, the sight of the installation (with the lack of light creating the illusion of a great expanse and seclusivity)
